  • Products can only be ordered if they are in stock.
  • Beam sarl cannot guarantee delivery within the estimated timelines but will do its best to ensure timely delivery.
  • Users should be sure before placing an order, as any cancellations, once confirmed, might result in charges unless there are valid reasons backed by evidence.

  • Partners are obligated to uphold the quality standards, legality, and any other promises or claims made about their products.
  • For any reason, including but not limited to, breach of platform rules or receiving numerous complaints, Beam sarl can delist a Partner and their products.

10. Liability Limitations

  • Beam sarl, under Luxembourg law, limits its liability. This means that for any indirect or consequential losses or special damages, Beam sarl is not responsible.
  • This limitation applies to all services and products offered on the platform.

11. Indemnification

Users hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beam sarl and all its officers, directors, and employees against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) that may arise from any breach of these terms or unlawful use of the platform.

12. Account Termination
